PAINTBALL

CYZIÓWKA is one of the few resorts in Poland which has own, natural paintball field. All “soldiers” will be trained in terms of handling guns and tactics by professional staff who later on will guide the game to provide the maximum level of emotions. This bloodless type of fight with two contending teams triggers powerful emotions in participants and it is also the best training of team cooperation, way of checking yourself and your partners` loyalty. Paintball in CYZIÓWKA is the shooting challenge.

ROPES COURSE

For those who haven`t try yet it’s time to prove yourselves. All men and women who complete the trials are proud and happy. It`s about bravery and determination but for real fun is great for everyone who decide to put their foot on the first step of a ladder, afterwards it can only be better. Our park is connected with two zip-lines, using one of them you can go over to the other side of the lake. Attraction available only with instructor for organized groups of a few people.

NORDIC WALKING

CYZIÓWKA Nordic Walking Park is a net of numerous Nordic Walking tracks, targeted at those who want to spend time actively during their stay in Folwark Cyziówka”. The area of the park includes access to 3 kinds of tracks of varying lengths and difficulty levels: 5, 10 or 15 km tracks. All tracks are certified by Polish Nordic Walking Federation and are in shapes of loops of different sizes with common spots, which in some places either overlap or inter- cross. Thanks to that you can turn, extend walking or change its direction freely. Route trails mostly go through forest areas and a small part of asphalt area. The trials display clear signs consistent with European Nordic Walking Federation standards, which include detailed maps, general information concerning techniques, the choice of the right equipment and health benefits.
